Learns, understands and applies CGMP's, Standard Operating Procedures, safety practices and other pertinent material to produce high quality products safely.

1. Must be able to apply good judgment to complete goals to ensure success while manufacturing a costly product.

1. Follows all SPL safety practices and procedures.
2. Must be knowledgeable in basic mathematics, be able to use a calculator to perform simple calculations and must be able to learn the metric system.
3. Will work with acids, caustics, solvents, and use PPE. Follows all SPL safety practices and procedures.
4. Load, unload and process in-process and/or finished product.
5. Maintains written records of batch records, cleaning logs, equipment labels and any other pertinent records and the work is performed. Utilizes good housekeeping practices to ensure work areas are neat and sanitary
6. Under direct supervision performs activities necessary to manufacture products. These activities may include but are not limited to rolling heavy drums, washing and sanitizing equipment and work areas, operating forklifts and lifting bags. Operate equipment or starts, runs, monitors and shuts down a process. Monitors process and advise superiors of any out of specification conditions.
7. Under direct supervision performs activities necessary to manufacture products. These activities may include but are not limited to solvent handling, washing and sanitizing equipment and work areas, and process equipment assembly and teardown.

Document temperature of coolers and freezers 

Removing frozen meat for the week allowing time to thaw properly

Preparing meals according to recipes provided

Prepare both Hot and Cold food items

Operate Grills, Fryers

Must make sure all foods are cooked to the correct temperature and held at that temperature until served.  

Prepare ala carte items’

Prepare, cook and organize all breakfast foods and counter

Serve the lunch items to the students.

Clean the kitchen area   

 This is a physical position, requiring long periods of standing. At times, the lunchroom staff must lift and carry up to 50 lbs. This opening requires fine motor skills and the ability to speak, hear, and see clearly at distances greater than 20 feet and less than 20 inches.    What you will make as a Cook: Starting pay $15.00 This opening is first shift M-F 6:45am – 1:30pm.  Valid Drivers License required.   Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings      IMKO Pays Weekly on Fridays!

Creating Sales

Maintains Sales Kit Book, keeping prices current and items updated.

Prepare quotes from Sales Work Order per customer requests. 

Visits job sites to gather information to prepare quotations.

Prepare quotes and presents for customers.

Complete Sold and Sales Orders; Special Orders and Stock MR’s. 

Confers with operations supervisor on Plan & Spec and Design Build blueprints, spec book and project scopes.

Confers with operations supervisor in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of project. 

Confers with operations project supervisor about use if tools and equipment for the projects.

This is opening is in a heavy manufacturing company, and will require physical demands such as walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, continued hand/ finger dexterity, etc.  Welders are exposed to fumes, chemicals, airborne particles.  This area of the plant is loud; there is lifting required between 25 – 75 pounds.  Welders may use other equipment, machines and forklifts as needed. Requirements of the Welder 

1. MIG Welds
2. Setup, adjust and operate semi- automatic welding equipment (Bug-o, Sub- Arc)
3. Fabricates components by using equipment to clean, prepare, cut, burn and weld pieces.
4. Use measuring tools 
5. Determine Welding technique
6. Maintains a safe work area and upkeeps machines 
7. Read blueprints/ understanding Engineering drawings, documents, weld symbols and WPS 
8. Use grinders and buffers to clean up a weld 
9. Operate forklifts, jib cranes and other materials to and from welding area 
10. Other duties as assigned

  Hours Mon -Thursday 6 a-4:30 p, Fridays 6 a-3:30 p and Saturday 6 a-12 noon  Starting pay: $21.50 IMKO Pays Weekly on Fridays!
