Job Description
Primary responsibilities include order production (pick/pack/check) of products. Pulls orders
accurately in preparation for prompt shipment and verifies outgoing shipments. Responsible for
counting, receiving, stocking, replenishing and rotating stock in the warehouse daily.Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Accurately complete the picking process of order production.
- Inspects inventory for defects, scratches, or other damage. Notifies warehouse
management of problems - Reads, understands, uses, and follows information on orders, cases, merchandise,
equipment, and procedures - Prepares orders by processing pick tickets, pulling materials, and placing orders in
delivery area - Assist Warehouse Management for an on-time finish each day.
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
- Maintains a safe and clean environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and
workstations neat. - Follows all safety rules regarding warehouse operations and proper safety equipment.
- Continual use of specialized equipment

- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior warehouse experience beneficial.
- Ability to use beginning AS400
- Ability to perform work independently while being a member of a goal-oriented team
- Ability to work under time constraints while meeting productivity, accuracy, and
service-related performance standards. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail as measured by a high degree of order accuracy.
- Continual lifting, grasping, and using force with hands
- Must be able to lift 50lbs on a frequent basis, 25lbs on a continual basis and 65lbs on an occasional basis.
- Must be able to move from stationary position to bending, lifting, squatting, twisting,
turning, and reaching positions on a continual basis. - Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time.
- May be noisy and hot/cold at times.
- Generally Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime as needed
- Employee will be responsible for operation and manipulation of cutting shears, chop
saw or radial arm saw and other company tools. - Must be able to operate the Big Joe
- Must be able to use rolling ladders, step stools, and banding equipment. Wrapping
machine (if supplied).
