Job Description

Full-Time / 1st shift
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling across the warehouse and production floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations
  • Receive, verify, and document incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Prepare shipments, assemble packaging, and ensure labeling accuracy
  • Operate forklifts to transport materials and load/unload trucks
  • Maintain finished goods inventory and support periodic inventory counts
  • Deliver materials and supplies as needed
Material Control
  • Transfer materials to production per schedules or work orders
  • Weigh, mix, and label raw materials and additives as specified
  • Track inventory and update system records for materials and samples
  • Ensure organized, safe storage of raw materials and supplies
General Expectations
  • Follow all safety protocols and report unsafe conditions
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse, production, and plant teams
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Forklift certification preferred
  • Prior warehouse or material handling experience is a plus
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in a physically active role
