Job Description
IMKO Workforce Solutions is Recruiting Warehouse Distribution Associates to join a well-established Sioux Falls company. Warehouse Distribution Associates will pick, pack, and check products by pulling orders accurately in preparation for prompt shipment by verifying, counting, receiving, stocking, replenishing, & rotating stock in the warehouse daily.

Responsibilities:
Accurately complete the picking process of order production.
Inspects inventory for defects, scratches, or other damage. Notifies warehouse management of problems
Reads, understands, uses, and follows information on orders, cases, merchandise,
equipment, and procedures
Prepares orders by processing pick tickets, pulling materials, and placing orders in
delivery area
Assist Warehouse Management for an on-time finish each day
Maintain quality service by following organization standards
Maintains a safe and clean environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and
workstations neat
Follows all safety rules regarding warehouse operations and continually properly specializing safety equipment
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Prior warehouse experience is beneficial
Ability to use or learn to begin using AS400
Ability to perform work independently while being a member of a goal-oriented team
Ability to work under time constraints while meeting productivity, accuracy, and service-related performance standards
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail as measured by a high degree of order accuracy
Continual lifting, grasping, and using force with hands
Must be able to lift 50lbs on a frequent basis, 25lbs on a continual basis, and 65lbs on an occasional basis.
Must be able to move from stationary position to bending, lifting, squatting, twisting, turning, and reaching positions on a continual basis
Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time
May be noisy and hot/cold at times
The employee will be responsible for the operation and manipulation of cutting shears, chop saw or radial arm saw and other company tools
Must be able to operate a Forklift
Must be able to use rolling ladders, step stools, banding equipment, and Wrapping Machine
Schedule:
- Monday: 8:30 am until finished, or 6:00 pm
- Tuesday: 9:00 am until finished, or 6:00 pm
- Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday: 9:30 am until finished, or 6:00 pm
