Job Description

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, picking, and shipping materials while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
  • Accurately move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper storage and organization.
  • Perform routine cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
  • Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies.
  • Follow shipping and receiving procedures to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Assist production teams with material movement and other warehouse-related tasks as needed.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Forklift experience or certification is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer and inventory tracking experience is a plus.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
