Job Description

IMKO Workforce Solutions is seeking a Service Desk Representative for a company in Sioux Falls.  This position ensures technology operates correctly. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to troubleshoot routine problems, and familiarity with basic computer operation to be able to assist contacts.
Requirements of Service Desk Representative:
  • 2 years experience using desktop operating systems.
  • Familiarity with desktops and laptops as well as other technology.
  • Familiarity with common software.
  • True concern for internal customers' needs.
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools. 
  • Above average attention to detail
  • Excellent decision making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills through oral and verbal means.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background and credit check. 
Benefits of this position to you include:
  • Pays $18/hour 
  • Opportunity to turn into a full-time role 
  • Hours are 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Monday-Thursday and 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM Fridays, to include a rotation of Fridays until 5 PM.
Responsibilities include:
  • Receives and prioritizes requests, making notes as appropriate.
  • Works to resolve any issues that are easily resolved.
  • Escalates concerns as appropriate.
  • Meets organizational standards for customer service.
  • Uses remote access to assist users when appropriate.
