Team Leader – 2nd Shift (Spring Hill, TN)

  • Supervise and train Inspectors, ensuring compliance with CVP package and ISO procedures.
  • Oversee setup, completion, and 5S practices in work cells, emphasizing ergonomics and workflow.
  • Manage Vantage system, including scanner operation, data review, and work instructions.
  • Approve time sheets, conduct competency reviews, and support performance appraisals.
  • Foster continuous improvement and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Liaise with customers on-site and off-site.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance (local travel required).
  • Passport preferred.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility to meet customer demands.
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical.
