Service Coordinator/Recruiter Primary Mission: Ensures optimal, professional service provided to all existing industrial/technical clients and assists with development of new clients. Primary Report: This individual will report to the Service Leader. Core Responsibilities: 1. Accurately and timely performs daily office opening procedures including, but not limited to: assuring all electronic equipment is on and operating efficiently, reviewing and appropriately handling all voice mails received between office closing and office opening, and providing call-backs as needed. 2. Professionally and appropriately answers incoming phone calls and refers any problematic issues to management, as may be necessary. 3. Assists employees with completing forms, as needed; examples: applications, W-4 forms, housing, job verification, or other governmental forms. (Do not attempt to provide professional or legal advice related to completion of forms.) Acknowledges and maintains privacy for employees’ personal identifying information. 4. Interviews potential employees (utilizing appropriate employee check-list document), including appropriate discussion of skill levels; checks applications for completeness, reviews resumes. 5. Accepts employer job orders and appropriately and timely enters this information into data base. 6. Appropriately and timely searches for specific persons to fulfill required job orders, utilizing appropriate recruitment methods. Examples: employee database, Internet, job fairs, Missouri Job Bank. educational institutions, advertising. 7. Contacts appropriate potential applicants for available positions. 8. Markets applicants to current and potential clients. 9. Conducts drug screening and new employee orientation, as needed, appropriately preserving documentation and ensuring privacy and compliance with any applicable laws. 10. Assists companies and employees with any on-the-job problems that may arise and other related concerns, consulting with management whenever appropriate. 11. Ensures appropriate and timely data entry of information for all employees and companies, ensure that employees are appropriately logged on availability list, ensures that all applications are appropriately entered, and records all communications between employees and companies. 12. Communicates employee job verifications via phone communication with potential employers, Child Support Enforcement, DFS, and other entities as required by law or permitted/requested by employee. 13. Obtains any appropriate information from employees concerning changes in payroll deductions, address changes and any other applicable personal information changes for employees, handling such information with appropriate care and attention to privacy to ensure security for any and all personal identifying information. Distributes any necessary information to accounting department, ensuring any recipient is aware of the need to protect personal identifying information. 14. Assists marketing department with job recruitment, including but not limited to placing advertisements and producing mailing lists. 15. Accepts/monitors on-call cell, as scheduled. 16. Delivers employee paychecks, as scheduled, and works with accounting department to ensure appropriate transmission of industrial employee checks. 17. Reports to Service Leader any and all pertinent information, in weekly report. 18. Maintains a neat and orderly work environment and clears desk upon completion of workday. 19. Closes office, including powering down, as necessary, any electronic equipment and secures office appropriately for remaining non-work hours. 20. Provides regular, punctual attendance at work and sets appropriate example for other employees regarding same. 21. Performs other job duties as assigned, or as requested. 2712507.01
