Job Description

IMKO is seeking Soil Production Temps for a local laundry facility to provide quality service and products to customers in a timely and professional manner.Hours: 2nd Shift - 1:30 pm to 10 pm Monday-Friday, overtime as neededPay: $17.50 /hr

Job Summary: Responsible for the correct sorting of linen that has been placed on a moving conveyor belt in front of them. Picks up soil linen and places t in the corresponding sling/cart. Follows standard operating procedures. Must meet quality and production standards.
Essential Functions:
  • Be on time.
  • Have excellent attendance.
  • Meet established production standards.
  • Follow all company safety rules.
  • Be able to work well with a diverse workforce.
  • Be able to follow directions given by their team leader and supervisor.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Possess and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in line with company policies.
  • Be able to work past the schedule, as production issues may arise.
  • Perform any other duties as supervisor/manager sees fit.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Cross-train on other routes per production needs.
Job Qualifications and Physical Requirements:
  • Be able to stand on feet for up to 10 hours a day.
  • Sufficient manual dexterity to sort linen.
  • Must be able to consistently meet physical requirements such as bending, twisting, lifting and pulling.
