Job Description
IMKO Workforce Solutions in Omaha is seeking a dedicated Service Manager for a 1st shift position.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
-Leading and communicating effectively with Customer Support Staff, Production employees, Management, and Customers.-Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office.- General office duties, such as ordering supplies, scanning, faxing, filing, and answering phones.- Maintaining excellent working conditions, a safe work environment, and high morale within the plant.- Reviewing and ensuring that all plant goals regarding in-bounds, out-bounds, on-time deliveries, backlog, and other product quality and performance issues are being met.- Attending scheduling meetings.- Monitoring inventory and warehouse items, and providing input to management regarding stock availability and movement.- Keeping the DC Operations Manager and Production Manager informed about problems or situations that may affect overall plant production.- Displaying emotional control in time-sensitive situations and the ability to multitask.- Communicating clearly and effectively.- Complying with company policies and procedures.- Performing any additional duties as assigned by management.- Salary up to 80k
