- Making call backs from voicemails left after hours.
- Accurately reviewing resumes and applications to source and vet candidates for available positions.
- Performing candidate tasks such as onboarding documents, screening, and drug test.
- Other misc. office work such as scheduling, data entry, scanning, and customer service
- Managing appropriate software for tracking and onboarding applicants
- Must have quality customer service skills

- Reliable and good work ethic
- 1-2 years of office experience preferred
- Previous HR/onboarding experience preferred
