Job Description
IMKO is seeking dependable Raw Processing Technicians to support operations in mixing, grinding, and processing departments for a well-established food manufacturing facility in the New Franklin, MO area. Must be able to pass a 7 year-background check and 10-panel drug screen. Employer does not allow THC.
Pay: $17/hour
Shift: 6:00 am - 3:30 pm Mon - Fri

Job Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment in mixing, grinding, or processing areas
- Weigh, measure, and prepare ingredients or raw materials
- Trim, cut, or portion product to company specifications
- Follow batch instructions and quality standards carefully
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety guidelines
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Record production data as needed
- Experience in food production or manufacturing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in cold or refrigerated areas
- Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
