Job Description
IMKO Workforce Solutions in Waverly is urgently seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector for the 1st shift, specializing in plastics.
Essential duties and responsibilities for this role include:
- Inspecting products to ensure compliance with order specifications and the company's quality control system.- Utilizing automated measurement equipment, comparators, micrometers, calipers, dedicated gauges, color chips, and other inspection fixtures and instruments to determine product compliance with applicable standards.- Performing first piece inspections according to documented procedures.- Conducting in-process inspections per the established schedule and documented procedures.- Performing dock/pallet inspections per the established schedule.- Performing product containment activities for suspect products, including backtracking, segregating, tagging, - Maintaining accurate records by documenting information electronically and/or on log sheets,
