$40,000 to $50,000 (dependent on relevant experience) with annual salary and performance reviews, as well as company profit sharing when goals are met.

What skills are needed to be successful in this role?
- Communicate effectively with all types of people through in person meetings, phone, email, or text messages.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to carefully review written documents.
- Ability to use and read a tape measure.
- Ability to read and learn installation standards and review such work against that standard.
- Document and track information accurately.
- Prioritize your time between being in the office and out of the office checking on jobs and following up with customers.
- Manage paperwork efficiently and keep track of job progress.
- Set realistic expectations with others and communicate progress often.
- Have effective communication skills for explaining difficult situations and finding solutions.
- Be accountable to your part of the process and willing to solve problems or bring them to management as necessary.
