Job Description

The Production Supervisor will lead the Operations team responsible for the manufacture, assembly, and on-time delivery of high quality products and systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Leading and Managing the Operations Team
  • Utilize problem solving methods to improve products and procedures
  • Collect and record performance results.
  • Assure compliance with all federal, state, local and corporate policies, laws, and regulations.

Skills/Abilities:
  • Record of successful goal setting, achievement, and employee management.
  • Experienced strategic planner with qualitative and quantifiable results.
  • Demonstrated success working in and providing strategic direction in a rapidly growing organization.
  • Ability to build infrastructure, policies, programs which support business goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to motivate and lead a diverse work force to achieve desired results.

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in operations, engineering or related technical field required, with advanced technical or business administration degree preferred.
  • Five plus years experience in manufacturing management required.
