Job Description

IMKO is seeking a Production Manager! For further details STOP in the IMKO OFFICE Monday - Friday.  Bring a resume if you have one. 
Production Manager responsibilities are, however, will not be limited to:
  1. Performs daily walks and visual inspections of the Production floor in observation of
    unsafe acts or conditions; takes immediate corrective action where necessary.
  2. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning,
    assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining
    employees; addressing complaints and assisting in providing appropriate
    resolutions.
  3. Trains employees to ensure safe operating procedures are followed.
  4. Maintain or exceed goals on yields and efficiencies.
  5. Maintains adequate knowledge of products and equipment to ensure the ability to
    direct employees to perform the job properly.
  6. Adheres to product specification requirements throughout the manufacturing
    process to maintain the desired product quality results.
  7. Other duties as assigned.
