Process Technician Pay $22 and up, depending on experience. 2nd & 3rd shift availability. Please submit resume to lisaw@imko.com 
  • Duties-
                * Interacts with production employees, QA, and other maintenance technicians to improve and maximize plant output, efficiency,                 quality, and safety.                 * Utilizes process improvement techniques, tools, and procedures.                * Maximizes performance of blow mold equipment: Troubleshoots equipment problems, makes changes, and improves blow                 mold equipment.                * Reads blueprints and technical manuals.                * Assists with efficient equipment changes and mold changes to accommodate production needs.                * Utilize production output and equipment downtime data to make changes and improve blow mold results.                * Utilize preventative maintenance program to maintain and prevent failure of equipment.                * Produce quality product through tight monitoring of process, raw materials, and finished products.                * Preserve blow mold equipment through proper cleaning.                * Records, documents, and reports various data.                * Provide support and assistance to all location for plant projects and plant start ups.
  • Requirements-
                * Good manual dexterity, can stand for long periods of time, can reach within hands and arms length, bend and stoop, walk, and stand       consistently for long periods of time, can lift up to 50 lbs, can withstand manufacturing working conditions, can work in small/confined       spaces.                * Ability and willingness to travel.
  • Education/Certifications/Skills
                * HS Diploma or equivalent.                * Can read and comprehend procedures written in English.                * Sound problem solving skills.                * Attention to detail.
