Permanent Placement Consultant
Job Description
IMKO Workforce Solutions is expanding our permanent placement division and seeking high-caliber consultants to join our team. We are looking for experienced recruiters who have a proven track record of running a full desk. This role is ideal for a self-starter accustomed to managing the entire recruitment lifecycle: from business development and client acquisition to candidate sourcing, offer negotiation, and successful onboarding.

- Business Development: Independently drive new business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, conducting discovery calls, and negotiating fee agreements.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the recruitment process for direct-hire roles, from understanding client needs and building talent pipelines to conducting behavioral interviews and closing the offer.
- Candidate Sourcing: Aggressively source and engage passive and active candidates through extensive networking, social media platforms, and targeted outreach.
- Market Consultation: Partner with hiring managers to define hiring requirements, provide market intelligence, and advise on compensation strategies to ensure competitive positioning.
- Placement & Onboarding: Manage the final stages of placement, including salary negotiation, reference checks, and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring high levels of satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
- Full Desk Experience: Prior recruitment experience, specifically within direct hire/permanent placement. Must have a proven history of managing a full desk independently from start to finish.
- Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability to build a client portfolio and negotiate offers effectively with both candidates and clients.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of [Insert Relevant Sector, e.g., Manufacturing, Industrial, Engineering] and the ability to evaluate technical talent effectively.
- System Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
