Job Description
PROJECT COORDINATOR
On Site Position
1st shift/40 hours a week with the ability to flex working hours to support 2nd and 3rd shift employees, when needed
The HR Project Coordinator main duties will be to assist with the planning, execution, and completion of various HR-related projects within the organization. This role involves collaborating with HR Team Members and cross-functional teams to ensure HR projects are completed in a timely manner. Coordinate HR projects to improve HR programs and support HR goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution:
? Assist with the planning, design, and implementation of HR projects.
? Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
? Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, ensuring that HR projects are completed on time
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
? Work closely with cross-functional teams within the facility to support all areas in implementation and completion of project needs.
? Facilitate communication between various teams to ensure alignment on goals, objectives, and progress.
3. Work on other HR duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
? Education: High School Diploma is required. Additional education is a plus.
? Skills:
? Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Some demon-strated project management experience would be preferred.
? Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
? Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
