Job Description


IMKO Workforce Solutions is now hiring for a office admin here in Lincoln NE! 
  • Managing office operations: Ensuring the office runs smoothly and in compliance with company policies
  • Organizing and maintaining records: Maintaining filing systems, databases, and other records
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail
  • Managing communication channels: Answering phones, fielding inquiries, and managing email  
  • Ensuring the office has the supplies it needs
  • Arranging and coordinating logistics for events and meetings
Experience/ Abilities: 
  • Strong computer capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills 
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Detail Oriented with strong organizational skills

Education Requirements: 
  • High School diploma or equivalent
