Maintenance Tech-Must have experience $25 and up depending on experience, please submit resume to lisaw@imko.com
Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and repair 3 phase electrical, AC & DC systems, control circuitry,
VFDs & PLCs, mechanical or hydraulic problems
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to ensure that production
machinery runs smoothly
• Inspect, operate, or test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine
malfunctions
• Perform routine maintenance for all company vehicles
• Perform inspections of equipment in accordance with company policy
• Perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Complete tasks as assigned by management
• Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Maintain plant facility and utilities through routine inspections• Ensure completion and updating of appropriate records, documents, and/or reports
• Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
• Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)
• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
• Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations, new equipment installs)
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
Skills
• Strong technical knowledge of Welding, CNC, Lathes, Lasers, Saws, overhead
cranes, etc.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations
• Understanding of budgeting and performance management
• Excellent planning and leadership abilities
• Computer savvy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma; Degree from a vocational school will be a plus
