Full Time1st Shift
We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support daily equipment upkeep, tooling repairs, and facility maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Perform routine and emergency maintenance on tools, molds, machines, and facility systems

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment

  • Disassemble, clean, lubricate, and reassemble tools and machine components

  • Install, repair, or replace electrical wiring and fixtures

  • Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals

  • Use welding, cutting, and fabrication tools to modify or build equipment

  • Keep accurate maintenance records and clean up work areas after projects

  • Support continuous improvement efforts and maintain a strong safety mindset



What You’ll Need:
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance

  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or maintenance role

  • Ability to read technical documents and understand schematics

  • Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing machinery

  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working with 480V systems

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (IQMS a plus)
