Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to supervise Material Handling and ensure the efficient operation of our production lines in Sioux Falls, SD. The Material Handler Lead will support entry-level machine processing and serve as the primary contact for Material Handlers on the Weekend Nightshift, playing a vital role in upholding our production standards and contributing to a team committed to excellence.
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with Material Handlers to meet production requirements.
- Direct Material Handlers in prioritizing tasks throughout the shift.
- Execute material handling tasks, including scanning and managing inventory.
- Conduct quality audits twice per shift and promptly address any quality issues on production lines.
- Operate forklifts and supply materials to machines to maintain workflow.
- Manage machine shut-downs and start-ups as necessary.
- Communicate production challenges to management and implement solutions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.#INDSXF
