Job Description

IMKO is hiring Machine Operators! For further details STOP in the IMKO OFFICE Monday - Friday.  Bring a resume if you have one. 
Machine Operators responsibilities are, however, will not be limited to:
  1. Maximize the utilization of equipment by operating the machinery at available capacity and speed. Improve set up times daily, improve downtime daily
  2. Learn and understand capability and capacity of machine and drive efficiencies limiting waste and downtime.
  3.  Do not sacrifice quality for machine speeds – must have both excellent quality and high efficiencies with minimal downtime.
  4. Cross-train on other machines and learns other positions in the plant.
  5. Additional duties may be assigned by management.
