Essential Functions:
- Understand and follow all quality assurance standards
- Product parts on molding machines and prepare parts for Post Production and/or shipping at or above a predetermined rate
- Review the operation standards and limit samples that are used as job aides for parts being produced, before starting the day's work
- Complete lot cards to accompany the product to the next process
- Ensure that the correct material is used according to the lot tags and the operation standard
Requirements/other duties:
- Regular and punctual attendance required, 40 hours per week
- Understand and follow company policies and safety rules
- General factory work area cleaning and maintenance
- Alert supervisor of any machine abnormalities
- Maintain data and prepare reports as requested
- Cross-train and assist other departments as requested
Experience/abilities:
- Experience in a production environment preferred
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for an entire 8-10 hour shift
- Continuous use and movement of hands, wrists, and upper body
- Good eyesight with or without corrective lenses
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic reading and math skills
