Job Description
IMKO Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Team Leader for a Landscaping Company that is located in Platte City, MO.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to join the team. This role is essential for overseeing landscaping projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for outdoor work, with a focus on leadership and development of field crew.
Must have a Valid Drivers license.
Pay rate: $20-$21/hr.

Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of landscapers in various projects, including new construction landscape, irrigation, and hardscape for commercial and residential projects
- Plan and coordinate daily tasks to ensure timely completion of landscaping projects.
- Train team members on proper techniques for installation of landscape, irrigation systems, and hardscape.
- Oversee manpower and efficiency on site, daily.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition; ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Communicate effectively with Field Operations Manager, clients, and team members.
