IMKO is hiring Candy Cook Room Workers to fill positions within the cooking area of the candy company. The ideal candidate for the Candy Cook Room will be able to rotate into other areas of the kitchen, and work on all aspects of the kitchen duties, including the process of making the product. The kitchen area is very hot and 1/3 of the workday is spent in that area. The kettles weigh approx. 105 -110 pounds. The Candy Cook Room Workers do lifts as a team. They lift the kettle about 2 feet, set it down. There is another lift at the end of the day when cooker/ mixer and kettles are filled with water. Candy Cook Room Workers will also work on the production line as product is poured to cool, stretched, and broken into bite size pieces. Candy Cook Room Workers package product and box product. Hours will be: Days: Mon – Thurs 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM Fri and Sat 5:30 AM- 3 PM (HWY 75) Requirements of the Candy Cook Room Workers

- Work ALL areas of the department.
- Standing entire shift.
- Willing to Lift with the others for team lifts.
- Packing products in a timely manner.
- Keeping work area clean and safe
- Rotate to other areas in the kitchen.
- Other duties assigned.
