We’re looking for a motivated, goal-driven individual to join our sales team. If you do not yet have your insurance licenses, that’s okay — we offer a clear pathway to obtain both Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses within your first 30 days of employment. This is a great opportunity to launch a career in insurance sales with full support from an experienced team.

- Obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (if not already licensed)
- Generate and manage leads via referrals, outbound calls, and marketing
- Assess client needs and offer tailored insurance solutions
- Provide excellent service to foster long-term client relationships
- Track activities and follow-ups using CRM and agency software
- Meet individual and team sales goals
- Previous sales, customer service, or financial services experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed
- Ability to pass state insurance licensing exams (support and study materials provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not required
