Saint Joseph, MO
Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
$16.00/hr
Position Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated, goal-driven individual to join our sales team. If you do not yet have your insurance licenses, that’s okay — we offer a clear pathway to obtain both Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses within your first 30 days of employment. This is a great opportunity to launch a career in insurance sales with full support from an experienced team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn about the insurance industry, our products, and sales techniques through provided training
  • Obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (if not already licensed)
  • Generate and manage leads via referrals, outbound calls, and marketing
  • Assess client needs and offer tailored insurance solutions
  • Provide excellent service to foster long-term client relationships
  • Track activities and follow-ups using CRM and agency software
  • Meet individual and team sales goals
Qualifications:
  • Previous sales, customer service, or financial services experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed
  • Ability to pass state insurance licensing exams (support and study materials provided)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not required
