Position Overview:
The Production Assembler is responsible for assembling parts and components into completed products used in specialized equipment for physical therapy, chiropractic, and athletic training applications. This hands-on role involves the use of various tools, adherence to work instructions, and maintaining quality and efficiency within a manufacturing environment.Primary Responsibilities:

The Production Assembler is responsible for assembling parts and components into completed products used in specialized equipment for physical therapy, chiropractic, and athletic training applications. This hands-on role involves the use of various tools, adherence to work instructions, and maintaining quality and efficiency within a manufacturing environment.Primary Responsibilities:
- Assemble product components according to detailed work instructions and quality guidelines.
- Use hand tools, jigs, and testing devices to ensure proper construction and function of each unit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout the production shift.
- Accurately complete necessary documentation related to production and quality checks.
- Monitor and restock parts and materials using Kanban or similar inventory systems.
- Support team members and production flow as needed.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
- This role takes place in a manufacturing facility with a focus on team-based production.
- Noise and physical activity are part of the daily routine.
- Ability to stand, bend, and move frequently throughout the shift.
- Must be able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
- Capable of performing repetitive tasks with consistent attention to detail.
- No travel required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience:
- Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Strong mechanical skills or aptitude for using tools and reading measurements.
- Basic computer literacy for completing forms and accessing instructions.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
- Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Experience with soldering or electrical components.
- Woodworking or fabrication background.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings or blueprints.
- Familiarity with CNC machinery or processes.
