Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble metal and industrial components according to work instructions, blueprints, and specifications
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and basic shop equipment safely and efficiently
  • Inspect parts and finished assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures, including PPE requirements
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Clean and organize the workshop area when requested or when workspaces become messy
  • Meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
  • Assist with other production or assembly tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions or blueprints is a plus
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Dependable with good attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Work Schedule
  • Day Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM (half day)
  • Overtime may be available based on production needs
Pay
  • $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience
