Duties
- Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery with precision, adhering to safety protocols and production guidelines.
- Assist in assembling products using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to ensure quality standards.
- Load, unload, and organize materials within the warehouse or production area using forklifts or manual handling techniques.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and finished products to identify defects or issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the factory floor to promote a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet daily production targets.
- Support inventory management by accurately recording materials used and completed products.
Skills
- Prior experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts, power tools, and hand tools is essential.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
- Familiarity with warehouse procedures and inventory management systems.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures diligently.
- Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, and manual handling tasks throughout shifts.
