Job Description
Position Overview:We’re seeking a motivated and reliable individual to support our manufacturing team by ensuring materials and containers are delivered efficiently to production areas. This role is hands-on and involves working with machinery, maintaining equipment, and performing a variety of operational tasks to keep production running smoothly.

- Prepare and deliver materials and containers to the production floor in a timely manner.
- Perform machine setups, tool changes, offsets, and complete changeovers as needed.
- Operate various machines and equipment for fabrication and assembly tasks.
- Complete assignments independently, safely, and efficiently.
- Diagnose and resolve production-related issues during regular operations.
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed and that safety devices are in proper working order.
- Conduct minor preventative maintenance and maintain cleanliness of machines and work areas.
- Follow quality control procedures, including first-piece inspection and documentation.
- Inspect parts using blueprints, calipers, height gauges, and other measuring tools (training available).
- Experience with G-code is a plus.
- Take part in scrap removal, tool maintenance, and general housekeeping.
- Open to cross-training and assisting with additional duties across departments as needed.
- Must be able to stand on concrete for 8+ hours per day.
- Frequent bending, lifting (up to 40 lbs), and other physical movements required.
- Comfortable working in environments exceeding 90°F for extended periods.
- Capable of multitasking and learning to operate multiple machines.
- Willing to work overtime and weekends when necessary.
- Must wear appropriate PPE including safety shoes, glasses, and hearing protection.
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and reading/writing skills
- Basic math skills and the ability to read blueprints
- Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn machine operations
- Reliable, organized, and proactive in completing tasks
- Flexibility to work additional hours as needed
