As a Molding Technician, you'll play a key role in setting up and maintaining injection molding machines, ensuring consistent product quality, and supporting production efficiency across various industries.
In this position, you will:
  • Install and remove plastic injection molds in molding presses

  • Set and monitor process parameters to meet quality and production standards

  • Support daily manufacturing operations and assist in troubleshooting molding issues

  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and productive work environment
