We are seeking a dedicated and reliable General Laborer to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of physical tasks to support manufacturing, construction, or maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical knowledge, adhere strictly to safety standards, and be capable of handling heavy lifting and manual labor with efficiency. Duties
- Assist in the assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of equipment and machinery.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and organizing work areas.
- Support manufacturing processes by loading, unloading, and moving materials.
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Operate basic machinery or hand tools as required, adhering to safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and reporting shortages.
- Participate in safety training sessions and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Support team members in completing daily operational tasks efficiently.
Experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing, construction, or related manual labor roles is preferred.
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge relevant to machinery operation or maintenance.
- Familiarity with safety standards in production environments, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently over extended periods.
- Knowledge of PPE requirements and proper usage during various tasks.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in diverse environmental conditions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis throughout the day.
