Job Description
IMKO is seeking dependable Production Associates to support operations in mixing, grinding, and processing departments for a well-established food manufacturing facility in the New Franklin, MO area.
Pay: $16.50/hour
Shift: 6:00 am - 3:30 pm Mon - Fri
These positions are being recruited in anticipation of upcoming production needs. Qualified candidates may be interviewed prior to start date.

Job Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment in mixing, grinding, or processing areas
- Weigh, measure, and prepare ingredients or raw materials
- Trim, cut, or portion product to company specifications
- Follow batch instructions and quality standards carefully
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety guidelines
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Record production data as needed
- No prior experience required — training provided
- Experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in cold or refrigerated areas
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
