Job Description

Acts as a receptionist for the Human Resources department by greeting and assisting caregivers/customers promptly and professionally both in person and by telephone. Provides exceptional customer service with each encounter.
Provides a variety of clerical duties to support Human Resources to include - sort and distribute department mail, address cards, sorts and scans personnel files or documents into online system in a timely manner, etc. May provide assistance with special projects, data entry, mailings and general HR support as needed.
Responsible for miscellaneous front desk duties to include paper check distribution, garnishments/ head of household forms, cheerful change distribution, etc. Ensures cleanliness of front office. 
Performs other duties as assigned.
