IMKO Pro is recruiting a Field Service Supervisor to join an Industrial Service and Maintenance company. This position will travel frequently with extended absences from home. This is a permanent position with our client company. The purpose of this position will be to manage the team out in the field including hands-on planning, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and field repair.
We are looking for:
  • 2-5 years experience in a supervisory role
  • Welding skills (pipe, structural)
  • Experience with general plant maintenance and/or similar trades, Millwright skills are a plus
  • Mechanical knowledge and experience including machine maintenance and equipment installation
  • Blueprint reading, measurements, tolerance, and basic math
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Computer, writing, and record-keeping skills
