Job Description
We are seeking a self-motivated individual who thrives both independently and collaboratively, with a focus on long-term career growth.
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with management to assess facility maintenance needs
- Complete projects such as painting, patching, and light bulb replacement
- Perform cleaning duties in alignment with company food safety regulations
- Assist the equipment maintenance team with preventive tasks as needed
- Execute light repairs including fixture replacements and minor plumbing
**Qualifications**
- Ability to use ladders and scissor lifts (with training)
- Strong knowledge of hand tools
- Preferred experience in building maintenance or home repair
- Excellent multitasking and project-switching skills
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Capability to work autonomously and maintain focus on tasks
- Ability to stand or walk on concrete surfaces for extended periods.#INDSXF
