IMKO and our Client Company are recruiting a FSQA (Food Safety and Quality Assurance).Our client is a natural food company that specializes in producing organic, minimally processed products for consumers. Our mission is to provide our customers with high-quality, nutritious options that support their well-being. Job Summary:As our FSQA (Food Safety and Quality Assurance) professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and quality of our products. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, monitoring production processes, and ensuring compliance with all relevant food safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:- Perform regular quality inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products- Monitor production processes to identify and address any quality or safety issues- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain food safety protocols- Maintain detailed records and documentation to support regulatory compliance- Assist in the investigation and resolution of customer complaints or product concerns- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in food safety and quality assurance Qualifications:- 1-2 years of experience in a food safety or quality assurance role- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality management systems- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in using relevant software and data analysis tools Working Conditions:This is a temporary, office-based position with the potential for occasional on-site visits to our production facilities. The work environment is clean, well-lit, and climate-controlled. Compensation and Benefits:This position offers a target pay rate of $18 per hour.
