Job Description
IMKO Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Excavator Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to assist in construction, excavation, and site preparation projects while maintaining high safety and efficiency standards.

- Operate excavators and other heavy machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform digging, trenching, grading, and material handling tasks
- Read and interpret site plans, grade stakes, and instructions
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and crew members
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
