$60,000/year
Duties & Responsibilities:
Financial:
1. Oversee the daily financial operations of the agency.
2. Experience in accounting mandatory. Candidate will be preparing monthly P&L.
3. Candidate needs to possess a knowledge of financial statement analysis.
4. Prepare and maintain agency budgets.
5. Report financial information to the Executive Director and Board of Directors.
6. Develop, update, and implement agency financial policy and procedures.
7. Work with external auditors to prepare annual audit, government tax reports, and other
financial audits as necessary.
8. Prepare the month and year-end financial reports.
9. Oversee agency investments in coordination with the Executive Director and Board of
Directors.
10. Coordinates financial components of grant applications and award.
11. Maintain grant activity and report log
12. Prepare payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
Grants:
1. Monitor grant performance and compliance with grant stipulations.
2. Regularly research grant opportunities and collaborate with Executive Direct accordingly.
3. Work with SWNB staff to write grants, prepare budgets, and provide reports as required by
funders.
4. Maintain agency’s grant activity and report log.
Human Resources:
1. Process new employee forms, insurance applications and necessary financial information.
2. Maintain current staff emergency information
3. Oversee employee schedules, track paid time off and benefit packages.
4. HIPPA compliance
-Service as Chief Privacy official.
-Maintain forms
-Sets hard/soft controls.
-Assist in HIPPA implementation
-Training in standards and compliance.
-Assure ongoing compliance from all staff and volunteers.
5. Responsible for responding as needed to all unemployment claims in a timely manner. If
necessary make need to investigate and represent the Social Welfare Board in any claim.
6. Salary/Compensation Analysis: Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring
the Clinic’s compensation schedule with input and guidance from the Executive Director.
This position will also be involved in the annual performance reviews and salary adjustments for clinic employees
