Job Summary
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our valued customers. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving any issues or concerns that arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Utilize Microsoft Office suite applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to complete various administrative tasks
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex matters to the appropriate team or supervisor as needed
- Maintain detailed records and documentation to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the customer service department
Qualifications
Required:
- Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
Preferred:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Knowledge of the financial services industry
Working Conditions
This is a full-time, office-based position with a standard 40-hour work week. The work environment is professional and collaborative, with opportunities for growth and development. Some light physical demands, such as sitting for extended periods and occasional light lifting, may be required.
