Job Description

Pay: Start at $13/hr. After 60 days $14/hr.
Shift: 7am-4pm, Monday to Friday!
Each CSR will train for around 8 -12 weeks in Columbia, MO working 7am – 4pm, Monday - Friday. Once fulltime, and completed hours with IMKO CSR’s will have the opportunity to work remotely. After training: 10am to 7pm, Tuesday - Saturday OR Monday- Friday (dependent on company needs at the time)
What would you do all day? An inbound call center agent handles incoming calls from customers. In this job, your responsibilities are to receive calls at the call center from customers and answer questions, receive complaints, or troubleshoot. You troubleshoot both product or service issues with the customer to attempt to find a resolution. In this role, you are highly focused on customer service. Your duties can include obtaining customer information over the phone, explaining policies, processing claims in-between phone calls, relaying important information to customers, and determining a customer’s eligibility for certain programs or resolutions.
MUST have 2-3 years of recent Call Center experience
Must submit a resume with references to be considered.
