IMKO is in search of call center representatives located here in Columbia, MO.
This position is temp to hire. NOT A REMOTE POSITION Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00a-4:00p Pay: $14/hour
Your first 3-4 months will be spent in training to process medical claims and help troubleshoot customer problems. Once training is complete, your hours will change to 10:00a-7:00p, Monday-Friday OR Tuesday-Saturday, depending on the companies needs at the time of placement. You will also receive a pay increase and call based incentives.
- Handle inbound customer calls to answer questions, handle complaints, or troubleshoot.
- Escalate complaints and troubleshooting to appropriate channels if needed.
- Handling customer information confidentially.
- Relaying important information to customer.
- Determining the customers eligibility for programs or resolutions.
- Processing and filing FSA claims.
- 1-2 years of call center experience preferred
- Medical claims and billing knowledge preferred
- Customer service experience a must
- Professional attitude and ability to stay calm a must
- Reliability a must
- Must submit a resume that reflects job relevant experience
