Job Description

IMKO is currently seeking a Business Support Specialist for a local manufacturing company. Applicants should be highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills. Business Management Software experience is a must!Resume required to apply.
Shift: Monday - Friday  7 am -3:30 pmPay: $20/hr
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily data entry and processing with the NetSuite system.
  • Accurately input and track production data and records.
  • Generate and process customer invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
  • Assist managers with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed and within scope.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in customers, providing professional and helpful service.
  • Prepare and organize necessary documentation and paperwork for truck drives and logistics personnel.
  • Provide assistance to employees regarding payroll documentation and inquiries.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with NetSuite ERP or other Business Management Software required.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Helpful attitude towards team members and customers.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or similar production-heavy environment is a plus.
