IMKO Workforce Solutions is looking for a Business Development Associate for our Columbia office. The ideal candidate will ensure continuing sources for business by maximizing relationships with existing clients and developing new clients. This position will play a vital role in preparing and executing sales proposals, developing high-quality and creative sales materials, and will work closely with service coordinators to promptly fill new job orders. The Business Development Associate will become a "visual" representative for the Company within the community by attending community functions such as Chamber of Commerce events and vendor job fairs.
