Job Description

Do you enjoy Business Development, building relationships with customers and networking?  Are you tired of quotas but love to get leads and new accounts?  Then you may be the person we are looking for!
IMKO Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including qualifying leads, presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new business opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
