Job Description
Position: Branch Service Leader of Staffing ServicesPrimary Mission: To ensure responsibility, accountability, processing, and profit for this branch.Primary Report: This Position will report to one of the Production Owners of the company.
Responsibilities:1. Follow the IMKO Corporate Culture Statement.2. Will work with Owners on the marketing of our services to potential clients in the branch’s surrounding area.a. Cold Call marketing to clients regardless of whether a Sales Rep is staffed.b. Prepare sales presentations and present our services to clients regardless of whether a Sales Rep is staffed.c. Will develop close business relationships with current clients for additional business.
3. Will become a “visual” representative of the Company to the community. Attend Chamber functions and become active in other community events.
4. Will prepare and coordinate all ads and recruitment ideas for this branch.
5. Will recruit, interview, orientate, drug test, and place potential applicants in open job orders for this branch.
6. Will attend job fairs. Will develop close relationships with local colleges and network with other potential recruitment sources to help recruit potential applicants.
7. Will be the company advocate for client/employee relationships for this branch. Handle conflict and problem resolution according to the company's business principles and any applicable federal/state laws.
8. Will become a “specialist” with the Staff Suite software and maintain efficiency and utilization of this product.
9. Will work, and fully cooperates with, the corporate staff, ensuring the accuracy ofemployee’s pay and clients' billing and appropriate privacy protections for employee records containing personal, identifying information.
10. Will work with Owners on setting priorities and incentives for goal reaching and have accountability to the Owners on meeting these goals.
11. Will manage all service staff at this branch. Hires, trains, and manages additional staff, upon approval and as needed or requested.
12. Provides regular, punctual attendance at work and sets an appropriate example for other employees regarding the same.
13. Will become a Certified Staffing Professional. (ASA certification)
14. Performs other job duties as assigned, or as requested.
15. Will enjoy the job….grow in the position….prepare and adapt to change and fast-paced environment.
