Job Description
Job Summary: A Manufacturing & Production Worker creates, builds, assembles, and verifies factory items.
Hours: 6AM-4PM Monday-Thursday, Overtime is worked Friday and Saturday typically an 8 hour shift and some Sundays are scheduled with Double Time pay as long as you have worked 40 hours during the week.
Duties: Create or assemble finished products through the use of various tools or machinery. They are part of an assembly line of workers, each with specific roles in the production process. Here are some of the day-to-day tasks:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime.
