Job Description

contribute to the creation of high-quality products across multiple departments such as Natural Rubber, TPE, Synthetic, Braiders, CLX, Dental/Framed Dam, and HandEx. You’ll play a key role in the manufacturing process by operating equipment, following procedures, and ensuring that our standards for safety and quality are met.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Run machinery and equipment to support production needs in your assigned department
  • Adhere to all operational guidelines and instructions as outlined in the Basic Operating Procedures (BOP)
  • Monitor product quality and packaging accuracy before preparing items for shipment
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in alignment with 5S and company safety standards
  • Label, assemble, and package products properly based on order and department specifications
  • Contribute to team goals and assist with other production tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required
  • 2–4 years of prior experience in a production or manufacturing role
  • Comfortable lifting and moving up to 25 lbs as part of daily duties
  • Prior experience operating machinery is a plus
  • Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations is helpful
