Job Description

IMKO Workforce Solutions is seeking a reliable and skilled Assembler to join our client's team. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating products. Your attention to detail and mechanical knowledge will be crucial in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production process. The Assembler position is day shift 7:00AM to 3:30PM Monday - Friday.
Essential Functions:
  • Assemblers work from procedures, visual work instructions, bill of materials, and/or blueprints to set-up and assemble the product.
  • Assemblers are directly responsible for cleaning and organizing their work so as to provide a safe and efficient work environment. 
  • Accurate production records are also a responsibility that must be maintained on a daily basis.
  • In addition, Assemblers are responsible for effective written and verbal communications as well as maintaining a constructive demeanor with all co-workers.
  • All employees are expected to work in a safe manner following all of their work procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned by the leadership team.

Qualifications:
  • Must have high school degree or High School Equivalency. 
  • Strong Skills in the following areas are required: mechanical aptitude, blueprint reading, shop math, metrics and conversion. 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team work setting
